cannot get through to call centre

i app**** for a credit card online, i then needed a branch code and took too long to find it for my otp and then my time ran out, i was almost on the final step, i then tried to call centre and took forever on the line until my airtime got finish, i cannot continue online application because i did not save my reference numbers, please can someone contact me to finalize my credit card application and i would like to change my amount
