Cannot Get Life Insurance Session Lifted

I need my Life Insurance policy cancelled as well as the session lifted. I took out the policy together with my study loan in 2006. A few months back I repaid the loan and want the policy cancelled as I do not need it any more.<br> <br> I have sent a few emails to general enquiries, got my financial advisor to phone the bank and went in 2 times to two different branches, in Vanderbijlpark (Vaal Mall) and Alberton (Alberton City) with no success.<br> <br> It is total chaos!
