Cannot get a password

I have tried many times over the last six months to get a working password for my online share trading account. I have been given 2 non-working passwords in the last week. I cannot access my account thus complete my tax return. When I complain I am told the new password will work, period. But is does not. What to do????<br> <br> I have also tried to change my cell number which I have had for 8 years but still ABSA have a nr that is 10 years old and refuse to update it. <br> <br> The staff are *********** and aggressive. I have even requested a statement but am told no I must logon and the password will work. I am not an idiot!!<br> <br> Will absa refund my online acc charges as they cannot give me access??? What about penalties for a late tax return which I cannot file...
