Cannot get a document from Absa!
Impossible to get to talk to an agent - the call centre hold time is just plain rude and disrespectful to your clients and your agents insist on sending push notifications to my phone which cut the calls each time. How do I speak to someone, anyone at Absa who will send me my document?
