Cannot finalise my British Airways Credit Card Application

I cannot finalise my British Airways Credit Card Application. I get an error on the final step before completion. I tried contacting ***, but no one picks up the call. Reading other reviews, it seems others have the same issue. I tried emailing as well, but no response.

The normal Absa Cc department cannot assist, as this is a British Airways Credit Card Application.
