CANNOT DO THE SMALLEST THING.

I asked you to do the smallest tiniest thing last week. I was told it was done and I just realized yet AGAIN you have failed to do what I asked. I simply asked you people to change the payment date on my credit card to the 3RD of each month. I just had a look on the app and what did you do. You changed it to the 30th. Don't you people listen to your clients. Now I am wasting time here by asking you AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Change it to the 3rd. Let me spell it out for you like I am a kindergarten teacher. THE THIRD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have you got it now? You refuse to do your job properly and then I cannot get a credit limit increase because of your incompetence. This time I demand to have it in writing.
