Cannot complain about service because there is not any
How long does it take ABSA Credit Card dept to finalise a limit increase. I app**** for a limit increase on 1 Feb 2022. Only 2 days after my application on 3 Feb 2022 I got an e-mail and sms to send supporting documents to them. It is already 5 Feb 2022 and no response from them at all. How is it possible that it take this long if you already qualify for the increase as stated on the ABSA app and the e-mail I received.

08 Feb 2022, 09:09I am not happy about the feedback I received regarding response time. I have to wait a further 4 days until I get an answer according to the e-mail. So, it takes 2 weeks for a limit increase to be finalised. And I thought of migrating to ABSA??? I don't think so
