Cannot access my money

<p>my employer transferred my salary into my credit card yesterday. I need to make payments urgently as it is the 1st of the month and my DO's go off from another account but I cannot transfer out to that account. Keeps telling me "Account is overline" even though the funds are in and cleared??</p>
