Cannot access Absa through Huawei LTE router

We have Huawei LTE router/modem installed and are unable to connect to [URL Removed] All other banking websites connect fine. As soon as we link on login, a new page loads. After a minute it says page cannot be found. We logged various calls through the Technical division since 4th Feb. Today is the 24th Feb and it is still not resolved. We have very urgent internet banking transactions to do. The technical division says we must sort it out with Huawei. This is not acceptable as it affects all Absa clients - not just me as an individual. I tried to speak to a manager but they always say they \busy". The Technical division doesn't return calls. And then we log another call and the process starts from scratch. As an Absa client"
