Cannot access Absa through Huawei LTE router!!!!!!

The Technical Division is unable to resolve the problem that Absa customers have to access Absa through Huawei LTE router. We CANNOT transfer any money using internet banking with this modem. Mzwandile Solomon Shapo from Absa send email on 19th March advising us that we were able to log on the Absa Online. Yes we did but we have to borrow a car and travel a distance to go and use somebody else's modem for transactions. This is unacceptable. The first call was logged on the 4th February. It is the 4th Hellopeter report. To date, 48 days later and it is still not resolved!!! And, we did not receive any phone call from a manager ...
