Cancelling of Insurance
I am currently in the process of moving my bond from ABSA to FNB. So I changed my Life cover from ABSA's insurance to OUTSurance. But now I advised ABSA on the 20th of August 2015 to cancel my Life insurance with them but they keep on refusing for no valid reason, they keep claiming that I can't not have Life Cover but I do have life cover and I supp**** proof but they keep on Debiting my account, I need an explanation for this and I want my money reversed
