Cancelling my debit order without my consent

Cancelling my debit order without my consent or knowledge!I did log a complaint against Absa unit trust . I did a withdraw on my investment and clearly ticked and give instruction that my debit order should not be cancelled .Yet they did cancel it with out my approval or knowledge's . I am not going too accept this poor excuses of a error I want the true reason why this was done incorrectly .And why is nobody taking responsibility ? And why should I be penalise for something they did incorrectly !I logged a complaint with Absa complaint department who had a I don't care attitude I was phoned only twice for a update and told yesterday I will receive a email too conclude the complaint .Clearly not happy with the outcome and nobody is taking responsibility , I will be moving my investment to another bank who really cares about there costumers and take acceptability for there actions .<br>
