Cancelled Overdraft, Still Charged R460 Initiation Fee

I took out and agreed to an overdraft facility with ABSA bank (16/02/2019) at The Glen Branch. After some thought and less than 24 hours later (17/02/2019), I realised it's too expensive as I was taking it only to increase points for a higher Absa Rewards tier level. Absa had charged me a R460 initiation fee which they refused to reverse at the branch after cancelling it. I told them I am going to lay a compliant because according to the CPA I am allowed a cooling off period. The reason why is because my signing up for the overdraft was because of direct marketing communication. On a previous visit to the same branch at The Glen, I received a printout from a consultant which within its contents communicated that with an overdraft facility I can get an extra 50 points towards a higher tier level. I feel that this is manipulative direct marketing tactics on Absa's part and I therefore expect to be refunded the R460 as I have not made use of the service at all. I cancelled within the time period stipulated by the National Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
