Cancelled Credit Card still charged

I have paid my credit card with ABSA up in full, yet i still get charged interest and card fees every month even though i have received a letter stating account closed and paid in full.<br> <br> At the branch in festival mall kempton park the teller cut my card up, how is it possible i am still being charged?<br> <br> this was aid up in October 2015, yet monthly i am charged and monthly i email the same complaint/ query with no response what so ever<br> <br>
