Cancelled bond - refund due

Cancelled my Bond with AbsaHL - Refund due of of R49k No one can give me an indication of when my money will be refunded back to me - the HLcan department does not have a phone number and the call centre for homeloans keeps saying that they can see there is a refund but they do not know when it will be paid.

Response was that Absa will get back to me -
I do not need a response I need my refund to be paid back. Why is it taking so long as the money does not belong to absa anymore
