Cancelled agreement listed on ITC

Good Day In May 2018 I was interested in buying a vehicle. The dealership filled out all paper work and told me everything was approved. I went to collect contract the next day in order to read all Ts & Cs. Then I noticed in writing a statement saying "client is aware the vehicle was a ****** recovered vehicle". I immediately called dealership to cancell all agreements as this was a false statement. I also contacted absa vehicle and asset whom told me to contact the agent appointed. I was told everything was being sorted and no need to worry. Today I view my credit profile and it shows I've purchased a vehicle. I cannot even buy another vehicle because it says I've got to much debt now. I kindly ask Absa to investigate the matter and clear my name from ITC.
