Cancellation of service/accounts

Good Day ABSA,

I would like to close my loan account and credit card account, however I am unable to get to a bank anytime soon and I live in a poor cellular reception area making stable calls nearly impossible.

Can I make an arrangement to use email correspondence to process cancellation of the above mentioned accounts?
