Cancellation of life insurance and debit order

Good day,<br> <br> I have cancelled my home loan and completed the relevant documentation. <br> <br> I indicated on the completed documentation ( I have a copy of the document as proof) that my life insurance would be terminated. However I noted the debit order for my life insurance went off from my ABSA account.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable !
