Cancellation of Debit order

<p>I am truly sick and annoyed with ABSA </p> <p> </p> <p>unathorized transcations keep coming out of my bank account, I called and emailed ABSA on numerous times regarding cancelling a debit order that comes of my account for a personal loan ...I was told I can't be helped over the phone , I must go to the branch ,I go over the branch and I'm being told I must call collections centre ,I mean seriously what nonsense is this
