Cancellation figures from Absa

My attorney that is currently dealing with the deed of transfer of a property where I am the executor of the estate and we await the cancellation figures from Absa for the bond that is registered on the property. The complaints department has also been contacted and we were referred to their attorney for the cancelation figures. Absa then closed the complaint. The the law firm that Absa has referred us to ,denied receiving the instruction from Absa. Now we were referred again to the Home loan department and should wait for another 10 days. My first query directly to Absa was 29 April 2025 and our attorney has also sent several emails to Absa. There is just no resolution in this matter.
