CANCEL MY POLICY

I want to cancel my absa activate insurance policy because it doesn't offer cover for business like bolt.as of the 20th of just another I'll be insured with auto and general for e-hailling services and its been days now trying to cancel my policy with absa with no joy.i spoke to nomvula sithole via email but she is nolonger replying to my emails .I can't want absa activate canceled with immediately.
