Cancel my policy.

I took out a funeral cover, the policy document came with completely different details, all DODs are not correct when i ryped them in correctly. No one is available to assist. The guys at rhe call centre said they have no access to policies app**** for via app. The emails, absa life and polserve, are both nit attended yo, i have been trying to get them to fix this for about 3 weeks now, with no luck.
