Cancel Loan

I was informed today that I have loan that I never asked for at ABSA, when I called the call centre on *** they asked my to go to the branch to cancel the loan.<br> <br> This is unacceptable why must I go to a branch to cancel this loan when I did not ask for it, this is unacceptable I must leave my job to cancel something I did not ask for.<br> <br> Loan Number ***<br> Cell number ***
