Cancel CardLife Insurance PLEASE

I am trying to cancel my ABSA Cardlife insurance since June this year. I have sent the email as told by the consultants to *** 3 times now, and had no response or feedback.

When you choose the option to cancel your insurance on the phone - the phone stops ringing. When speaking to consultants they put you through (twice now) to this number ***.

It is ridiculous. When you sign-up it takes 10 min no paper work, nothing. Simple and easy - but when you try to cancel, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find ANYONE who can ASSIST to CANCEL.
