Can this be done already? I've been waiting for almost a year now!

Does your missing payments department work at all. I have sent several emails hoping to be helped and there is not even an acknowledgement of receipt on your side . This is a pressing matter. It might mean nothing to you as the money is on your side anyway but to me it has huge implications!
