Can't get refund of credit from ABSA Life

<p>After several emails and telephone conversations I am unable to get my refund of my credit from ABSA Life after my house was sold in October 2015. I get "read receipts" from emails send to them but no response after that. I emailed all the information and documentation required by them, yet still no money back in my pocket. Its time to contact the ombudsman for banking.</p>
