Can't Cancel My ABSA Credit Card

<p>I have tried to cancel my credit card for two weeks now, going into the branch and telephonically, to no avail. The ABSA Credit card division place you on hold for 30 minutes only to have a consultant refer you to another department. They endlessly make excuses as to why they can't cancel your credit card etc. I have had foreign deductions from my account from ABSA themselves to the value of R15 and R15 and R25 etc. on a monthly basis without any notification or authorisation. I want to cancel all my accounts with them, as they are the most unprofessional banking group I know-</p>
