Can't beleve I am still paying ABSA

ABSA insurance can give me a reason why the don't pay out the property damages claim. The CEO office are to scared to get involved. The manager just send his people to tell me to go to the ombudsman and I still can get a copy for my house evaluation. They are hiding something.
