Can't access Absa using Huawei modem

I refer to complaint logged on Hellopeter on 24 Feb. We have Huawei LTD router and are unable to connect to Absa. Vanessa Crowe from Absa responded: \Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will investigate the matter and furnish feedback shortly". We submitted the model and make of the modem as requested thereafter. Received 1 misscall from Absa but the return number is unattended. Phoned the technical helpline and asked to speak to a manager and the phone just keeps on ringing. The first call we have logged with the Technical division was the 4th Feb"
