Please read my email below and URGENTLY advise and assist me please. I am in need of help and NO ONE IS HELPING ME. If you cannot assist me with the help I need, I am not able to pay anymore. What don't you understand?? I am being honest with my situation and this person is telling me about "home finishes or upgrades". I didn't ask you that, I am telling you about my situation and that I am unable to pay this bond.

I don’t think you are understanding me at all.

Nowhere did I ask you to accommodate me with home finishes or upgrades I can’t even afford it - Let me rephrase.

I am giving you a heads up as to what is currently going on financially and nothing has changed. I am letting you know that my situation has not changed regarding what happened to my place last year. I restructured (6 months) plan before with you and the plan has ended now in April 2024. I am simply informing you about the fact that I will NOT be able to afford this bond anymore. Please advise on assistance OR on a payment plan for the bond and also be aware that I am struggling. I look forward to someone who is in a higher position who is able to read to understand before responding to clients and declining restructuring plans. I await your urgent response in assistance with a honest conversation about my situation and will appreciate if ABSA can stand by what they advertise in terms of service and helping their customers. Your email responses show no help in need at all because you are not reading properly!

As per my last email communication due to my situation with the house, I have tried to fix up where I could with still having to feed my family and pay off other expenses. The 30th of April was the last day of the restructuring plan of 6 months and I won’t be able to pay my bond thereafter. I would like some advice and assistance in terms of how you could assist me, taking into consideration my situation I have expressed to you before in the attached please. The house is still unliveable as I do not have money to fix it. I can barely get by every month. By the end of May month, I will not have the necessary money to be able to pay my bond. Please help.
