Can Not Do Things Right the First Time

My husband and I bought a second property and got a loan from ABSA to finance it. We deposited a big payment into the home loan account and went to the ABSA branch in The Glen to get a recalculation on the monthly bond payment. Forms were signed and we were told with the next debit order and new amount would be taken from my account from July. Well today the next debit order went off and the original amount was taken off. We phoned the Home loan hotline and they say they dont see anything on the system and we should go into the branch to follow up. So because the branch didnt do something right, we have to take time to go to the branch again to do the exact same thing we did before??? This is very upsetting!
