Can I get my statement without having to make a noise???

I have been sending emails left right and center - every month!! I need my statements, I am tired of making a noise before I receive it. It is exhausting. I get an automated email saying" Your Case has been forwarded to a consultant who will provide feedback as soon as possible" The reference number for this Case is C-***1 I wait forever , and this happens every month, since March - come on guys ????
