Can Absa NDE just Pay out my EL Late Fathers money please

I Despreatly need Help.

How long is Absa going to put me in this terrible situation.??????

Because in 4 Months there has been not given me one clear Answer.

After 4 Months I want answers??? Everything was in order Master signed off and the Master approved.

Why was this case been transfer to your Forensics department?

Everybody in your Team know by Now the Estate was a very traumatic experience.

Firts my Father was very sick, then I had to give everything up to look after him.

Then he died, in a state Hospital because we could get his money loose in time for a private Hospital. But now that everything is in order Absa still don't want to pay out.

This isnt fair.

Everything is in order .

Absa has been my father's first and only bank and also mine.

But you have put me in a absolutely terrible Financial situation.

And you don't give my Me the answers I am looking for.

Or give my the executure the answers I need.

Can somebody in Absa that really Anderstand what such trauma can do to somebody please get back to me.

Because I have loose all hope 😞.
