Can ABSA jsut do as they please???

Lebogang called to confirm if my home loan acc is still being paid by debt consultants. What utter nonsense is this? My two credit card acc's were under review and have been paid up and closed. I NEVER included my home loan and the court order does not include it either,so what gives ABSA the right to place it under debt review? Are they that ******** not to notice that I have NEVER missed a payment and also that my acc has been paid directly from my salary since inception? I want this status to be removed immediately and want a written confirmation and apology for this mistake.<br> I am a few months away from having my name clear and DO NOT want ABSA to be the reason that this cannot happen.<br> My home loan account is being paid on a monthly basis directly from my salary,WAS NOT included under review and SHOULD NOT BE included under debt review.
