Campus square pathetic service

I went into Campus square branch to close an account. The guy at counter 1 told me I have to wait 48 hours as the account is dormant and it has to be reactivated by management and I have to go back to the branch in a few days. He could not explain any details to me. I asked him if he doesnt want to assist becaused its closing time and he smiled and could not evrn answer me.

All I wanted is to close an account I forgot I even had.
