Calls are recorded, so I want all my money taken for a debit order that wasn't supposed to

I have had for the past 4 months been struggling with absa loan, they are costing me money and instead of paying for my loan to reduce it, it is rather taken for bank charges caused by 2 x debit orders going off when it's not supposed to, I am getting calls from legal collections and talking to different people about the same thing, they will conclude by saying the instruction is send to the absa loan manager but still no action till today, they always promise to give feedback the following day but it's never the case. My credit record has been affected for months now by the RD on my cheque account and I have been paying charges for this too because someone is putting through 2 debit orders of which the other one isn't supposed to, I am disgusted and feel ****** my money taken for bank charges instead of paying my loan
