Calls and SMS's for credit card that should be closed
I am receiving numerous sms's stating that Absa has not received an overdue amount on my credit card account. I settled my credit card in full a few months ago and closed the account but still I am receiving these calls and sms's.
Can someone from Absa please just sort out the mess, I am tired of repeating myself a 100 times a day and receiving messages that state that I am behind on a credit card that is suppose to be closed.
