calling numbers i removed

I removed an old landline nr from their system as i do not reside there anymore. But they keep calling the number harassing relatives. I had signed a confidential agreement with the bank and they are in breach. I also advised them that of they call from a private nr the phone rejects it and i cant change it. Tgey have my cell nr and email address they can contact me directly
