Callcentre inefficient, transfer not reflecting, no response to official query or complaint

I made an immediate interbank payment on Saturday 20 January (early evening). I received an SMS from ABSA on Sunday 21 January at 06h01 stating that the transaction went through. I printed the proof of payment on the Monday morning. It is now Wednesday 24 January and the payment is still not reflected in the beneficiary's account. She has checked with her private banker and the problem is not on FNB's side. I phoned ABSA - *** on Tuesday who investigated this for me. The lady advised that the transaction was indeed successful and that the money was taken out of my account. She then advised me to email ABSA with all of the above information for investigation and resolution of this issue. I was given the email address of ********** I sent the email as instructed and it promptly bounced back saying host/domain name not found. I called ABSA again. This time I was told to email the info to ********** Again, I sent the email to this address. This time I received a response saying that they only deal with payments from the other bank to the ABSA credit card account. I was now given a third address to email namely ********** I AGAIN sent off an email and received an automated reply from ********** giving me a case number - ********** 0. As this automated response came from a completely different email address, I called ABSA again. This time someone by the name of Robin assisted. She was the first person to actually know what is going on and told me that immediate eft payments does not a) take place on a weekend b) will never take place immediately for the first 2 transactions on a newly added beneficiary and it will take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in the beneficiary account c) she also told me that I was in fact charged the much more expensive fee for immediate payments! My complaints in this matter are: 1 - how can ABSA's helpdesk staff give email addresses that does not even exist and addresses for the incorrect departments????? 2 - howcome did the first people at ABSA that I spoke to not give me the details re delayed transfers for 1st and 2nd transactions 3 - Why does the explanations re immediate interbank payments as is available on the ABSA online banking site stipulate that the delay is maximum 1 hour on Sat and Sun when your staff now tell me it is 2 to 3 days? Who is in fact correct and why are we as the public being misled? My official complaint email has screen shots of the document as per ABSA's internet banking 4 - Why have I been charged the extra fee for immediate transfers by ABSA when in fact this 'immediate' transaction has still not happened 3 days later!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lodged an official enquiry with ABSa (ref ********** 0) and when I received no further response, I lodged an official complaint (ref [EC: ********** 1]) at 14h30 on Tuesday. Other than the automated response with ref numbers, No-one from ABSA has contacted me with any information and neither has this issue been resolved!!! Shocking service to say the least.
