CALL CENTRE NOT OPERATING AND CLEARLY UNDERSTAFFED TO THE POINT THAT IT IS A JOKE

Call center is useless. I made an on line purchase from a ********** on line web site and wants advise on if I can reverse the transaction or cancel it, ***** refers me to merchants who refers me to another department that keeps me holding for over 20 minutes apologizing for the delay and promising my call will be answered....... Twice. So if you are aware of higher call volumes at certain times of the day, why do you not have more staff? It is quite obvious. Nothing is resolved or advised on . 40 wasted minutes.
