Call centre idiots

Hi<br> I wish to lodge a complaint. I have noticed that there are 2 amounts going off for my gym fees, one I am aware of for R99 for the debit order that I signed up for. I see that the gym has also taken off an second amount of R50 which I cant account for. I called the call centre and spoke to Althea and Luyanda(ABSOLUTE IDIOT OF NOTE) insisting that the R50 is a debit order, which its not. This is not the first nor second time that I am having money taken from my account, I want this money returned to my account with immediate effect. I will report this matter to the Banking ombudsman. These transactions area also not coming through to our cell phones, why is this?
