Call Centre Does Not Answer

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried calling the ABSA credit card line from 1:30pm to around 4:30pm, guess what, not a signle agent answered the call, all I here is"please hold, your call will be answered soon" someone could die in that time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the call centre is practically non-existant, ABSA should close the call centre, as they wasting money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic, definately will close my accounts with ABSA.</p>
