Call centre and Paarl mall branch terrible service

Have tried calling ABSA call centre at least 8 times. Each time you wait for at least 20 minutes or longer and then get cut off! Went to Paarl Mall branch today and there was a queue. Luckily they brought me a chair as I am on crutches, but still we waited so long we had to leave as I was not feeling well. We can see in the window that one gentleman staff member was behind his desk not helping anyone and we find this service absolutely terrible.
