CALL CENTER????? NO ANSWER NO FEEDBACK NO CALL BACK
Is ABSA employees on strike??? Been trying to call with regards to a quote acceptance for a personal loan every day this week more than once and the call is never answered. Been on hold daily for more than 30 minutes at a time, when agents phone back with regards to emailed queries they end up putting you on hold as well.
