Call agent rude and arrogant

I got a call from absa ***** line after I app**** for a credit card. When I asked the agent what is this with regards to , he was rude and arrogant and told me not to play jokes. Absa has so bad service and agents they dont even understand that with so much ***** and telemarketers around people wont to know the reason for the call. <br> <br> Apparently alot of people get **** service from this call centre. Really ****py service AGAIN from absa.
