Calculation of absa rewards

For the month of August absa gave me the rewards of R4 which is not correct. I logged a complaint on the 1st of September but was told one of my accounts was in arrears which i disputed and they confirmed it was a mistake from their side and they will recalculated it then credit my account manually. I have been following it up ever since but i do not get any help and get lots of stories. One of them promised to call me yesterday before 2 oclock p.m. but did not. This morning I was told my account was under a review but they do not know why is that and they are waiting for the review team to tell them what is happening. How do i continue banking with absa when they do not know what they are doing?
