Power Ball, I have bought my power ball tickets on my banking app. when buying my tickets I realized instead of having 6 numbers displayed on my tickets I only got 5 numbers displayed and 6th number not displayed. also numbers were duplicated on the same line on numbers, this has been going on for a few months. I put in a written complaint to ABSA, as well as going into an ABSA Branch to address the problem. But was told to put in a written complaint. ABSA is not interested in problem, just feel I have been ********** from a bank I had so much faith in. Please do not buy tickets online or double check your number
