Dear DEBT REVIEW QUERIES –
1. I KNOW THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED YOU SENT ME 2 PAID UP LETTERS DO NO SEND ANOTHER ONE! 2. PLEASE advise if a refund is due. This is the second time I am asking. 3. Please confirm that the account HAS BEEN REMOVED from ITC. I paid up this account on Oct 2019 as at 22 Jan 2020 IT STILL REFLECT ON MY CREDIT RECORD. PLEASE REMOVE IT!!!

24 Jan 2020, 10:15ABSA Vehicle and Asset Finance, you are absolutely appalling and Useless. I settled my account in full in Oct 2019. Absa has never removed the account from my profile despite sending me a paid-up letter. YOU ARE USELESS. MY credit rating is an F. I hope your employees responsible for this incompetence experience the same on their ITC profiles. PLEASE REMOVE THE ACCOUNT FROM MY RECORDS ON ITC!!
