Excellent service from specialist care manager Daphne le Grange and a well executed response.I will love to be assisted again by her to find a way to pay 12k to reverse the relief payment as the capitalised interest is hefty to pay and the number of additional number of years added on terms that is 5 good years to make money for the institution is also a wallop on me.I am totally not happy how absa has handled this matter to their advantage for a mere 3 months relief that turned into years(5 additional years)that was never explained neither on their terms and conditions.
Please revise that again and let me reverse the relief.
