C-***4 : ABSA is Evil, Plain and Simple

I had made a payment arrangement on 20 September 2021 with Lebogang Mashiane Specialist Case Manager, to repay an amount of R1,200.00 per month, and agreed upon with the Disputes Resolution Department.

I have been told by credit bureau that apparently ABSA has marked on my profile that I agreed to pay R4900 per month??? This is a LIE and has again affected my credit rating negatively. Another incompetence on their part, and another way this has put me into a suicidal depression.

This bank is the absolute worst, and I cannot even hold on anymore because of them. They are pure evil.
